4-4-4. The heating test operation by S-NET

Judge the test operation by use of the S-NET data obtained from the test operation.

1. Check the compressor discharge temperature(T-discharge).

●

It is normal if the temperature is 70˚C ~ 110˚C.

2. Check the electronic expansion valve(E-valve) step.

●

It is normal if it is ±100 step from the EEV average value according to the outdoor temperature classified by model.

3. Check the indoor unit IN/OUT temperature.

●

If the opening of EEV is similar to the average of 2. and Indoor unit out temperature is below 25˚C, it is refrigerant over

charge.

●

If the opening of EEV is over the tolerance limit of the average of 2. and Indoor unit out temperature is below 25˚C, it is

refrigerant lack.
