Troubleshooting

8-2-65. The reverse phase of 3 phases power

Outdoor unit display

Indoor unit display

Judgment method

Causes

(Operation)

(Removing frost)

- In case of being reversed the order of phases or not entered one or every phase voltage

compared to the 3 phases detection circuit wave (If the phase voltage is return to normal,

error is auto released)

- 3 phases L1(R), L2(S), L3(T) connection error/Not input 3 phases voltage

Yes

Check the main voltage.

Is the voltage between

red~white/white~black/red~black

of CN82 power cable about

AC 380V?

After switching power breaker off exchange

the 2 lines among the three lines of 3 phases

inlet. And check again it.

Is E425 error occurred again?

Replace the PCB because it is a defect of

3 phases detection circuit.

Manage to the troubles with measuring

from 3 phases power inlet.

Normal operation

1. Check point

- Check the 3 phases detection power on the outdoor unit PCB.

- The color of power cable on L1(R), L2(S), L3(T) of 3 phases detection connecter is red, white, black.

(Be sure to change the color and order.)
