Troubleshooting

Check power of main parts

Is CN77 cable

red ~ white/ white ~black/ red ~

black voltage AC380V?

Exchange two wires of 3 phase

incoming ones and press

the reset key (K3) and then retry.

P4 reappears?

Since it is the trouble on the 3 phase

detection circuit part, replace the PCB.

Measure the incoming part of 3 phase

power to find the problems on the

wire and circuit breaker for action.

Since the problems of incoming 3 phase

cable changed is solved,

normal operation is possible.

- Check the 3 phase detection part power of outdoor unit PCB.
- Check the color of red, white and black of the cable for 3 phase detection part connectors L1(R), L2(S) and L3(T)

(Take care that the color and sequence are not changed.)
