Erasing Your Phone Book (Clear Memory)
You can erase all the nu m b e rs stored in your Phone Book.
This is useful if you want to gi ve your phone to a friend or
fa m i ly member, or if you decide to lose all of your fri e n d ’s
phone nu m b e rs ! Here ’s how to do it:
1 . P ress to display the Main menu .
2 . P ress for Security and enter the fo u r - d i git lock code.
3 . P ress for Clr Memory. A confi rmation screen dis-
p l ay s .
4 . P ress to erase your Phone Book, or press to can-
cel the opera t i o n .
Hiding your Phone Number
When this fe a t u re is turned on, your phone number is hid-
den from view in three way s :
◆ When you turn the phone on, your phone number will
not display during the power up sequence.

From Standby mode, when using , ra t h e r
than displaying your nu m b e r, the phone responds “ #
