Alarm
Your Samsung Phone has an alarm cl o ck inside of it. In addi-
tion to functioning as a normal alarm cl o ck , the alarm can
also be used to remind you to call a certain person or phone
nu m b e r. Keep in mind that if your phone is off at the alarm
set time, the alarm will not sound.
N o t e :
Analog service areas can cause pro blems with yo u r
cl o ck which can cause pro blems with your alarm . When yo u
a re in an analog service area and you want the alarm to
wo rk ,m a ke sure that the time is pro p e r ly set. The time
should appear on your display ; if it does not, then see “ S e t t i n g
the Ti m e ” on page 30.
Setting the Alarm
The alarm can be set to go off daily or one time.
To set the alarm :
1 . P ress to display the Main Menu .
2 . P ress for Sounds.
3 . P ress for A l a rm .
4 . P ress for Set.
5 . Use the scroll keys to select “ D a i ly ”or “One Ti m e ”a n d
p ress .
6 . For a “One Ti m e ”a l a rm , enter the time date and time by
p ressing the digit key s ; for a “ D a i ly ”a l a rm you must only
enter the amount of time until the alarm sounds. To cor-
rect a digit entered incorre c t ly, slide
left to go back ,
and then enter the correct digi t .
7 . P ress to save the setting. The phone re t u rns to
S t a n d by mode with “A l a rm On” in the display.
