Power Save Mode

Your Samsung Phone comes with a Power Save fe a t u re that
will automatically be activated if your phone is unable to fi n d
a signal after 10 minutes of search i n g .While this fe a t u re is
a c t i ve , the phone’s battery ch a rge is conserve d . After the
phone enters Power Save mode, it will automatically re ch e ck
for a signal about eve ry three minu t e s . A message on the dis-
p l ay will let you know when your phone is operating in
Power Save mode.

Home Zone Display

N o t e :

This function is available only if supported by your service

provider.

Upon power up,when receiving or originating a call,or when a
hand-off occurs while moving,if your phone is located in your
Home Zone it will display “LOCAL”,and if located out of the
Home Zone it will display “MOBILE”.

Billing of your calls processed within the Home Zone differs from
calls processed out of the Home Zone.
