CALDATA (Entry of Calibration Factors)
The
CORRection - CALDATA
menu allows the entry of calibration factors for NAP sensors and hence
frequency-response-corrected measurements (see Section 2.4.1). Calibration factors define the ratio
between uncorrected measured power and true value and are required to increase the measurement
accuracy of the Power Sensors NAP-Z7, -Z8 and -Z42. R&S supplies the calibration factors for these
power sensors in the form of tables with frequency-dependent calibration factors for the two measure-
ment directions (CF12 means direction 1

Via the CALDATA menu the NRT provides memory space for the calibration factors of three sensors in
the form of three data sets.

The calibration factors can be entered as soon as the desired data set has been selected with the input
key. The user is then prompted to enter frequency, CF12 and CF21 for the first frequency value. The
stored values are indicated, which may have to be changed with the aid of the cursor keys and must
then be confirmed with the input key:
