Subsystem

This subsystem contains the commands for the Status Reporting System (see Section 3.7). A reset of
the instrument (*RST) has no effect on the status registers.

This query returns the contents of the EVENt register of the STATus:OPERation register. Read-
ing the EVENt register clears it.

Example:

This query returns the contents of the CONDition register of the STATus:OPERation register.
Reading the CONDition register is nondestructive. The returned value directly reflects the current
hardware status.

Example:

This command (Positive Transition) sets the positive transition filters of all bits of the
STATus:OPERation register for the transitions of the CONDition bits from 0 to 1.
