The AVAILABLE DATA contains the number of bytes of attribute identifier data in
the parameter list.
An ATTRIBUTE IDENTIFIER field is returned for each attribute that is not in the
unsupported state and not in the nonexistent state in the specified partition and
volume number.

VOLUME LIST Service Action
The READ ATTRIBUTE command with VOLUME LIST service action returns
parameter data identifying the number of volumes supported. The contents of the
VOLUME NUMBER; PARTITION NUMBER; and FIRST ATTRIBUTE IDENTIFIER
field in the CDB are ignored.

The NUMBER OF VOLUMES AVAILABLE field contains one as there is only one

The READ ATTRIBUTE command with PARTITION LIST service action returns
parameter data identifying the number of partitions supported in the specified
volume. The contents of the PARTITION NUMBER and FIRST ATTRIBUTE
IDENTIFIER field in the CDB are ignored.
