PARK UNPARK
The PARK UNPARK command with the park bit set requests that the drive park the
load arm in preparation for transport.
The PARK UNPARK command with the park bit not set requests that the drive load
arm be unparked. This is not usually necessary as the drive automatically unparks
on power up.
In either case, attempting to issue this command while the medium is present will
result in a vendor specific check condition of MEDIUM_IS_PRESENT (09/80/80).
The PARK UNPARK command is a vendor unique command.
