Different Load Cells Report Different Weights
Complete the following steps if the load cells are reporting different weights in each corner.
1. Calibrate the scale. For more information on calibrating the scale, see

2. Balance the load cells. For more information, see
“Balancing the Load Cells” on page 23
.
3. If, after completing the above steps, the load cells are still reporting different weights, please
contact Quantronix Technical Assistance at +1 801-451-7000.
No Zero Indicator
Complete the following steps if the zero indicator is not lighting.
1. Make sure that the glass platform is free of all objects.
2. Make sure that there are no objects on or leaning against the scale plate.
3. Make sure the scale plate and glass platform are securely in place.
4. Make sure that the four thumb screws (2 on each end of the scale plate) are not too tight. They
should merely hold the scale plate in place without restricting the scale plate’s movement.
5. Verify that no vibration or air movement is affecting the CubiScan 25.
6. Make sure that all the controller box cables are securely attached.
7. Make sure that all load cell summing box cables are securely attached.
8. Zero the CubiScan 25 by tapping the
[Zero]
button that is found on the main screen. When you
zero the CubiScan 25, make sure the platform is free of all objects.
9. If the zero indicator will still not light, calibrate the scale. For information on calibrating the
scale, see
“Scale Calibration” on page 13
