running or ran at

The order of phases U, V,
and W of the servomotor
wiring is incorrect.
Correct the servomotor main
circuit cable wiring.
The encoder wiring is incor-
rect.
Correct the encoder wiring.
Malfunction occurred
because of noise interfer-
ence in the encoder line.
Take measures against noise
for the encoder line.
The input position refer-
ence was too large.
Reduce the reference value.
