3.8.4 Transmission Cycle and Number of Stations
The transmission cycle and number of stations that can be set with the SERVOPACK are shown
below.
Note: 1. If connecting more than 16 stations, use the repeater.
2. The number of stations indicated in the above table is the maximum number
of stations that can be connected through MECHATROLINK communica-
tions. The actual number of stations may differ depending on the Machine
Controller. Refer to the relevant Machine Controller’s manual.

Communications Status Indicator COM LED
The LED indicator COM (green) on the front of SERVOPACK lights up when MECHATROLINK-II com-
munications with the host controller is established.
