Check and then correct the
wiring.

vomotor main circuit cable
Repair or replace the servo-
motor main circuit cable.
Note: Always confirm that
there is no short circuit or
ground fault before turning ON
the power supply again.
The wiring of the regenera-
tive unit is incorrect.
Check and then correct the
wiring.
A short circuit between the
grounding and U, V, or W of
the SERVOPACK
• Replace the SERVOPACK.
• Contact your Omron
Yaskawa representative.

tions so that the ambient tem-
perature for the SERVOPACK
