Changing Judgement Precision for Position Displacement Compensation
The judgement precision can be changed if position displacement compensa-
tion is set. If the measurement object is not within the field of vision, an NG
judgement is output at the position compensation stage, thus preventing incor-
rect measurements. The judgement position can be changed for both position
compensation regions.
1.
Press the SHIFT + ENT Keys in Monitor Mode.
The screen for selecting the type of adjustment will be displayed.

Select Judgement method.
