2-3-4-1 Deciding Whether to Perform Position Displacement Compensation
1. If inspection conditions are set in STEP 3, a message for selecting position
compensation will be displayed along with the operation guide.
2. Check on the Monitor and select Yes if position compensation is required.
If position compensation is not required, select No and go to 2-3-4-4 Fin-
ishing Settings.
If Yes is selected, the F160 automatically determines the appropriate posi-
tion compensation areas.
3. If the automatically selected regions are acceptable, press the ENT Key to
confirm the setting and go to 1-3-4-3.
If the automatically selected regions include marks that are not on every
workpiece or inconsistent shapes, press the SHIFT + ESC Keys to select
Change and go to 1-3-2-2.
