If angle compensation is not required, select No and go to 1-3-4-4.
The screen for selecting the angle range will be displayed.

Select the angle range for the object.
The larger the angle range, the longer the time required for measurement.

You will enter Monitor Mode. Perform a test to see if correct inspections will
