6.33 Replacing the Power AS
Replacement part: 40350-1500
1. Remove the side cover R (40350-M223), the
rear cover (40350-M222) and the top cover
AS (40350-2000). (See 5.3, 5.5 and 5.6.)
2. Disconnect all the connectors of the power
AS (40350-1500).
3. Unscrew SB4×6 (n=2) and SB4×10 (n=4).
Remove the power AS (40350-1500).
4. Reassemble the parts in reverse order.
6.34 Replacing the Cable CA33
Replacement part: 40350-CA33
1. Open the top cover AS (40350-2000) (See 5.1.)
2. Disconnect the connector P803 (J3) on the
BA08 board (40350-BA08).
3. Unscrew CK2×10 (n=2). Remove the CA33
cable (40350-CA33) and the plate nut
(40350-M922).
4. Attach the CA33 cable (40350-CA33) to the guide (40350-M958) with the plate nut (40350-
M992) so that the lever of the micro switch is in the direction as illustrated above.
* Fix the CA33 cable at the center of the hole on the guide (40350-M958).
* Attach it so that the die wear side of the plate nut (40350-M992) faces downward (it does not
touch the guide (40350-M958)).
