7.1.2 Errors that occur during panel operation
The errors that may occur during panel operation are listed in
Table 7-2
.

-2048 Data out of range. The set parameter value lies outside
the specified range.
Set a value that is within the
correct range.
-2049 Settings conflict. There is a violation of constraints
among multiple settings.
Set a value that is within the
correct range.
-2050 Not allowed character. An invalid character has been
entered.
Enter only valid characters.
-2051 String length error. The permitted number of characters
has been exceeded.
Reduce the number of
characters to the permitted
number.
-2052 Execution error. Execution was prevented by
constraint conflicts among multiple
settings.
Change the settings so that
the constraint conditions are
satisfied.
-2053 Syntax error. There is an error in the numerical
input.
Input a correct expression
-3073 Insufficient data for
equalize correction. It may
not work correctly.
There is insufficient equalizing
correction data. The equalizing
correction may not succeed.
Prepare a sufficient amount
of correction data.
-3074 Insufficient data for open
correction. It may not work
correctly.
The open correction data is invalid.
The open correction function may
not produce correct results.
Store correct open
correction data.
-3075 Insufficient data for short
correction. It may not work
correctly.
The short correction data is invalid.
The short correction function may
not produce correct results.
Store correct short
correction data.
-3076 Insufficient data for load
correction. It may not work
correctly.
The load correction data is invalid.
The load correction function may
not produce correct results.
Store correct load correction
data.
-3077 Can't execute calibration.
Please turn off the
oscillator output.
The calibration process cannot
begin because the oscillator output
is turned on.
Turn the oscillator output
off and start the calibration
again.
