key. In the table that is displayed, enter the load standard values. The entered load standard
values must be within the measurement frequency range and be entered for at least three frequencies.
Values can be entered for up to 10 frequencies.
After entering the load standard values, press the
CANCEL
key to close the value input table.

. Load correction can be done normally with

.
The preparation for load correction is completed by performing the steps described above. If you
disconnect the standard impedance device and perform the measurement with the DUT connected to the
measurement ports, load-corrected measurement data can be obtained.
The correction data that has been copied to the open, short, and load correction memory is retained even if
the power to the instrument is turned off, so it is available for use the next time the power is turned on.
However, these functions are also executed a part of the error correction process of the instrument itself, so
we recommend that the open, short, and load correction data be measured again after the internal
temperature has stabilized (about 30 minutes after power up) and after any change in the ambient
temperature.
