Use Program 34-01 : E&M Tie Line Basic Setup to define the basic settings for each E&M Tie line.

1 = Each Extension Determine if an incoming Tie Line
call should be subject to Toll Restric-
tion. If it is set to 0 then it will use
the Program 21-05-13, if it is set to 1
then it will used Programs 21-05-01
