RX Mode
This function is used to set the mode in which the facsimile machine receives the
document.

Press the Program key and scroll through the
menus until you reach the RX Operation Menu.
Press YES to begin programming.

Press 7 or scroll down to the Closed Network menu
and press YES.

Using the Left and Right arrows, select the option
you wish to have as the default, and press YES to
enter this selection into memory.
Footer (Receive Time Print)
The footer is printed at the bottom of each page received showing the receiving machine
fax number, date and the time of reception, the sender fax number, the reception control
number, and page number.

Press 8 or scroll down to the Closed Network menu
and press YES.

Using the Left and Right arrows, select the option
you wish to have as the default, and press YES to
enter this selection into memory.
Note: Your Service Technician can set this to
print either inside or outside the message area.
Choices Available
Description
AUTO
In this mode, the facsimile machine will automatically answer the
phone call and receive the document.
MANUAL
In this mode, the facsimile will not automatically receive the
document. The user must answer each call manually.
