Print Mailbox RX
This operation is normally used to receive confidential messages. Mailbox TX
allows the sender the ability to send a fax message to your machine to be stored in
memory. Only the user with the correct password can print the document. This
function works only with a compatible fax machine and your machine must be set
up for Mailbox reception. You need to enter the correct Mailbox Password to
access the documents in your Mailbox.
Your fax unit can be programmed with up to 10 virtual mailboxes. Each Mailbox
is assigned a 20-digit Password. This Password is required to access the
documents setting in your Mailbox.
Procedure

Press the Function key and press 4 to select
the Print Mailbox RX menu.

The following message appears briefly to
confirm your selection.

Enter the 20-digit Mailbox PW to your
Mailbox and press YES.

If you enter the wrong PW you are
prompted and then given an opportunity to
enter the correct PW number.

When the contents of your Mailbox has
printed, you are prompted that printing is
complete.
