Setting up the Internet Fax

SERVER SETTING

Press the Program key and scroll through the
menus until you reach the Internet Fax menu and
press YES.

Use the Up/Down Arrow keys to the SERVER
SETTING menu then press YES.

Enter the IP address for the SMTP mail server. This
information is obtained from your E-mail
administrator. After entering the IP address,
including the “.”s, then press YES.

Enter the IP address for the POP3 mail server and
press YES.
Note: The SMTP server and POP3 server addresses may be entered up to 64
characters. The address must include the “.” divider (e.g. 140.135.12.1.) or use the
host name (e.g. mail.network.com).
Note: You can select DHCP disable or enable. The default value is Dynamic IP
address, but if you want to use Fixed IP address, you must install the Bi-Admin to
your computer to program this item.
