Relay box
Relay Box enables the operator to make one long distance call to a remote unit and prompt
the remote unit to relay the message to one or more fax units in the local area.With this
function, you can save valuable time and telephone charges. This function can also
instruct the remote fax machine to send a TX Result report to one of its Speed Dial
locations.
Note: The following conditions must be met for Relay Box function.
1.The receiving party must register the One-Touch key or Group Dial
key for Relay Box function.
2.The receiving party must register one Speed Dial for sending report.

Press the Program key and scroll through the
menus until you reach the DIAL REGISTRATION
Menu. Press YES to begin programming.

Press 6 or scroll down to the Relay Box menu and
press YES.

Select the Relay Box number 1 to 5 that you wish
to use.

Enter 20-digit Relay Box ID (0~9).
• If the remote transmission side enter the SUB
address to be the same as the Relay Box ID and
the following PW is not set for Relay Box, the
machine relay-broadcast the stations registered in Relay Box.

Enter the 20-digit number of the Relay Box’s
password you wish to use.

Enter the telephone number that you want to send
the TX Result Report to.

Enter the locations you wish to include and then
save.You are given opportunity to program
additional locations.
