Receiving a Document

Memory Receive (Memory Lock)
This option saves all incoming faxes into memory. To access and print these
documents, you must enter a password.

With your unit in a ready position, the
following message appears.

When your unit rings, the LCD shows this
message.

If the sending location is recognized, the
blank is filled in with the name or
telephone number of the location.

When the transmission is complete this
message is displayed. The number at the
end of the second line indicates the number
of pages sent.

The document ‘prints’ into memory.

When the final page ‘prints’, the display
shows the following message. The display
indicates the number of pages printed.
Note: If you want to print documents from memory receive, please refer
to chapter3--Print Memory RX.
