Setting Up the (Optional) 2nd Paper Cassette

Unpacking & Installation
Loading the Cassette

Remove the Cassette from the vinyl bag.

Remove the shipping tape and cardboard.
Note: To remove the Baseplate retaining cardboard, carefully slide them
forward and then remove.

Press down the Baseplate
until it locks into position.

Place a sheet of paper on the
baseplate and check to see
that the Cassette is set for
that paper size.
Note: Refer to the
Specifications for
appropriate paper sizes.

To change the Cassette
Paper size, remove the
necessary screws and re-position the guides for the new size.
Note: Do not overtighten the screws. They can strip out if care is not taken.

Fan the paper stack thoroughly and align its edges.

Load the paper into the
Cassette.
Note: If you are using pre-
printed stock such as
letterhead, place the side to
be printed face down.
