Periodically Sending Error Notifications via E-mail

Open the Web page of this machine.

For information on starting the Web page, refer to "Starting the Web Page".

Log in as the administrator.

Select [Admin Setup].

Select [Network] > [E-mail] > [Alert Settings].

Enter the e-mail address to notify in [Failure Notification Settings].

Click [Setup] for the entered e-mail address.
Click [COPY] to apply the notification conditions to another address.

Select [Periodically] in [Failure Notification Method], and click [To Step 2].

Follow the on-screen instructions to configure the detailed settings.

Click [OK].

Click [View a summary of current configuration], confirm the current settings, and click
[X] to close the window.
You can also check the current settings for a maximum of two addresses in the main
window. Select the address to check from the list box.

Click [Submit].
The new setting is enabled after the network function of the machine is restarted.

Notification e-mail is not sent unless the target error has occurred.
