• The duplication and printing of items such as paper currency (including foreign paper currency),
national bonds, municipal bonds, postage stamps, and revenue stamps or the creation of similar
misleading objects is a crime and punishable by the law, regardless of the intended use.

punishable as a crime.

• Documents such as certificates created by a public official or government office
• Documents regarding rights and obligations or proof of facts, such as contracts
