You can use any consumables in your product, but
you must accept the risks of using non-genuine
consumables.
If the use of non-genuine consumables causes
damage to the product or results in your product not
functioning to its full specification, then such damage
or effect on the product is not covered by warranty.
To accept these risks and to restore function; (1) Turn
off your product.
(2)
Press and hold the «CANCEL» button and turn
your product on.
(3)
After start up, release the «CANCEL» button.
Note: This operation will be recorded for future
reference.
OPEN TOP COVER
[ERRCODE]:PAPER SIZE ERROR
Paper of an inappropriate size has been fed. Check
whether the loaded paper size is correct or whether
multiple sheets of paper have been fed. Then open
and close the top cover.
CHECK FEEDER
390:PAPER JAM
A paper jam occurred while supplying paper.
Remove the paper jam. Or the cut type setting and
paper sensor position of the machine do not match.
Change the position of the top sensor and bottom
sensor so that they do not overlap if their positions
were matching. Change the position of the top
sensor and bottom sensor so that they match if they
were not overlapping.

[ERRCODE]:PAPER JAM
A paper jam occurred while feeding paper. Remove
the paper jam.
ERRCODE 380: Feed
ERRCODE 381: Transport
ERRCODE 382: Exit
ERRCODE 389: Printing Page Lost
CHECK CUTTER UNIT
[ERRCODE]-02:ERROR
An error has occurred in the cutter unit. Check the
cutter unit.
MARK NOT FOUND
[ERRCODE]-06:ERROR
The paper mark could not be found. Check the
position of the paper sensor.
REPLACE IMAGE DRUM
[ERRCODE]:IMAGE DRUM LIFE
The image drum unit has reached the end of its
lifetime. Replace the image drum unit with a new
one.
REPLACE FUSER UNIT
[ERRCODE]:FUSER UNIT LIFE
The fuser unit has reached the end of its lifetime.
Replace the fuser unit with a new one.
REPLACE BELT UNIT
[ERRCODE]:BELT UNIT LIFE
The transfer belt unit has reached the end of its
lifetime. Replace the transfer belt unit with a new
one.
CHECK IMAGE DRUM AND TONER CARTRIDGE
546:TONER CARTRIDGE MISSING
An error has occurred in the toner cartridge. Remove
the toner cartridge, and set it again.
IMAGE DRUM MISSING
342:ERROR
The image drum unit is not set correctly. Set the
image drum unit again.
