Replacing the Toner Cartridge
When "ORDER TONER" is displayed on the screen of the operation panel, prepare a replacement
toner cartridge.
When "REPLACE TONER" is displayed and printing is stopped, replace the toner cartridge.

The print quality deteriorates after one year or more passes since you open the toner cartridge. In
this case, prepare a new toner cartridge for replacement.
§
If you replace the toner cartridge/image drum unit while it is being used, the amount of toner used will
not be counted accurately.

Open the toner cartridge cover.

Pull out the toner cartridge.
WARNING
Burns may result.
Never throw used toner cartridges into a fire. They may explode, and the
toner inside may be scattered and cause burns.

Place paper under the removed toner cartridge, as toner may leak from the bottom.
