Setup selection. Alternatively to the statistics functions the used setup file or the state of
the controller can also be confirmed via the digital outputs.
Possible results:
- Setup number bit 0 | Setup number bit 1
- Setup number bit 2 | Setup number bit 3
- Setup number bit 4 | Setup active
If the controller changes a setup file, the
Setup active
signal is disabled.
5.3.11.7 RS422
The RS422 interface is used for the data exchange with the PCI Interface Card IF2008
from Micro-Epsilon. The IF2008 interface card enables the synchronous capture of 4
digital sensor signals and 2 encoder signals.
Features:
- Baud rate: 115,200 baud or 691,200 baud
- Output frequency: maximum 20 kHz.
Output of a channel in the data format of the ILD2200:
- 8 data bits, no parity, one start/stop bit
- The data word consists of three sequential bytes (L-byte/M-byte/H-byte) which are
sent with frame bits directly one after the other. Each byte contains 6-bit data and two
identification bits.

The frame and identification bits are removed. The total value has 18 bits of which 16 bits
are in the output value.

The remaining two bits F1 and F2 are used for error identification. They are 0 for valid
