Telnet
The Telnet commands allow you to communicate with the CSP2008 from the PC.
11.1 General
11.1.1 Requirement
For communication you need an existing Ethernet connection between CSP2008 and
your PC.
11.1.2 Connection Buildup
Start the program
Telnet.exe
via
Start menu > Running
.
Type the command
o 169.254.168.150
or the IP address of the CSP2008.

A command always consists of the command name and zero or more parameters
separated by spaces. The currently set parameter value is returned when a command is
called without parameters.
The output format is:

Command name
> <
Parameter1
> [<
Parameter2
> […]]
The retrieved command can be used again without changes for the setting of the pa-
rameter. After processing of a command always a word-wrap and a prompt is returned.
(„->“). In the case of an error an error message which begins with “Exx” stands before
the prompt in which xx stands for an definite error number.
11.1.3 Error Messages
The following error messages may occur:

E01 Unknown command: An unknown parameter ID was passed.

E06 Access denied: This parameter cannot be passed at the moment. Possibly, the
controller is not in professional mode or the parameter is not visible by other settings.

E08 Unknown parameter: Too few parameters were passed.

E11 The value entered is outside of the valid range or the format is invalid: The value
passed is outside of the valid range.
The text of the error messages depends on the adjusted language. The characteristic of
the error message (Exx) is the same for every language.
