Controls and Display Elements
2.2.1 Keyboard
The Universal Controller has a small keypad with four membrane keys. The Universal
Controller and the connected sensors can be programmed with this in the Settings
mode.

You change the display layout with the arrow keys in the measure-
ment mode. Depending on the layout, many different measured values can be displayed
simultaneously. The operating menu is called by pressing the button " " .

:
In the menu mode, the arrow keys are used for the selection of the
values shown on the display (scrolling). Clicking the button " " saves the current selec-
tion. Using the ESC key, you return to the previous menu level or return to the mode

The following applies for editing numbers:

Press the button " ". The cursor moves to the first position

Edit this digit using the arrow keys (Up, Down).

Move one position to the right: Press the button " ".

Move one position to the left: Press the "ESC" key.

The decimal point is fixed, i.e. smaller numbers must start with zeroes.

The leading sign is reached with the "ESC" key; change with the arrow keys.

After adjusting the last position, the number can be saved using "OK" (with the arrow
keys) and the button " " .

Press the "ESC" key to exit from the menu without saving.

The active display part (number area or function) is framed; the active element (posi-
tion or function) is shown in inverse video.

Save your settings in the menu

switched off.

menu item is reached.
Changing between the individual menu items can be performed with the arrow keys.
