CSP2008
5.5.2 Controller
The Universal Controller provides a synchronization signal at its output
SyncOut
on the
terminal block. Several controllers can thus be synchronised with each other.
Connect the output
SyncOut
of the master controller to the input
Sync/Trig
of the
slave controller. Connect the associated grounds (GND).
Possible further slave controllers must be connected one after the other according to the
same principle.

The synchronization causes processing operation (calculation) per synchronization edge
for the slave controller. Afterwards, the controller stops and waits for the next synchroni-
zation edge.

1) Value necessarily, if another system with special pulse / pause rate is synchronized
after the slave controller.
2) The first controller (until now master) can also be synchronized externally, e.g. by an
encoder. In this case, the settings of the slaves are to be applied in the series on the first
controller.
