Example: How to connect a wireless sensor input to available wired detectors:
1.
Open the housing of the wireless sensor input.
2.
The plastic material of the housing is thinner on top. This is where you can break
through to insert the cables in the housing.
3.
Connect the cables to terminal 6 of the wireless sensor
input. Depending on the function (SW 6), set the detector
to either “Normally open” or “Normally closed”.
4.
If the circuit is closed or opened (depending on SW6
setting), this is reported to the control unit.
Shutter function (SW7)
If you connect a two-wire cable to terminal 7 (see figure), the sensor will transmit an
alarm signal only, if it receives 3 or 5 pulses (SW7) within 10 seconds (example:
shutter is forced open).
