5. Attach the three O-rings to the Inline Valve Adapter.
6. Place the mounting ring (PN 115-0044-01) over the Inline Valve Adapter as shown below.
Note: The mounting ring is shipped with the SmartDGA instrument packaging.
7. Install the inlet port using the following steps:
Caution:
Do not overtighten Swaglok 3/8” connectors as this can cause part distortion.
Note: To prevent leaks, use tape and grease on all NPT threads. Starting from the
bottom, wrap the tape in the opposite direction as the threads so that when attaching,
the tape is not torn off. Once taped, apply enough grease to cover the threads.
a. Install a 1/4" Male Connector (PN 90-2403) into the IN/BLEED port (tape, grease, and
tighten).
Note: When selecting an IN/BLEED port, choose a position that allows for a “clean” final
installation alignment. We recommend the IN port at 12 o’clock, OUT at 3 o’clock, and
SAMPLE at 6 o’clock.
