Valve Installation

•

12.

Cut the SSP to the length (“X” + transformer wall thickness) as determined in the previous
step.

13.

Completely deburr and smooth the cut end of the SSP. Use compressed air

to remove any

shavings that may have fallen into the adapter.

Caution

: Any sharp edges or shavings

left on the SSP will damage sealing O-rings when

the SSP is used in later steps. This will cause oil to leak from the transformer!

14.

Clean the grooves for the three O-rings using cotton swabs.

15.

Install the three O-rings to the Instrument Side Adapter (PN 915-0027-03).
