1) FILRD (Last File Read)
(1) Reads the last data from specified data table S to D. The number of data in table decreases by 1 and the
other data remains the same.
(2) The specified S is number of effective data in data table.
(3) If number of data is decreased by 1, the value is filled by 0 in data table size +1.

2) Program Example
(1) When P1000=3, P1001=1111, P1002=2222, P1003=3333, if input signal P00000 is Off->On, 3333, the last
data of data table, is saved at P1100, data table is decreased as 1, P1000=2, P1003=0 is saved.
