IT professional if you need more information.
If you want the meter to return to using a unique (dynamically-assigned) IP
address instead click the
Disable
button.

Reboot the meter for these settings to take effect.

13.2.2 Connecting the 831C to an Email Server
If you entered a DNS address as directed in 13.2.1, this process is not
necessary.
Step 1
Obtain the IP address of your mail server. Coordinate with your local IT
professional for assistance, if needed.
Step 2
On your 831C, go to
Tools
3
System Properties
to the
tab.
Step 3
Enter the IP address of your mail server as the
Hostname
.
Step 4
Complete all other fields on the Email tab, then click
Send Test Email
.
