6-12 Troubleshooting
Stapling is not possible because a paper size that cannot be stapled is selected.
To print without stapling, press
[OK] .
Punching is not possible because a paper size that cannot be punched is
selected. To print without punching, press
[OK] .
Offsetting is not possible because a paper size that cannot be offset is selected.
To print without offsetting, press
[OK] .
The paper feed unit is not correctly installed. Pull out paper cassette 1. Pull out
the paper feed unit and then push it firmly back in.
Replace the color (cyan, magenta, yellow) toner container. Until the container is
replaced, printing will take place in black and white mode. For details, refer to
ColorToner Empty (Setting when color toner runs out) on page 4-80 .
The waste toner box is almost full. Replace the waste toner box. For details, refer
to
Replacing the Waste Toner Box on page 5-6 .
The waste toner box is not installed. Install the waste toner box. For details, refer
