ITTING THE ACCESSORY

Take the body (e1) by the feed tube with the largest opening upwards.
n
Insert the feed screw (e2) in the body (e1). (Fig. 3b)
n
After soaking the skin overnight in lukewarm water, thread it onto the filler tube, leaving about 5 cm
hanging over the end.
n
Fit the sausage filler tube (e9) onto the body (e1).
n
Screw the cap nut (e6) fully home on the body (e1).
n
Follow the same steps as for fitting the mincer attachment onto the appliance.
S
TARTING AND REMOVING THE ATTACHMENT
:
n
Start the appliance by turning the speed control (a1) to speed 6.
n
Insert the sausage meat into the feed tube.
Never push the ingredients with your fingers or with
utensils: use the pusher (e7).
n
When the sausage meat shows at the end of the filler tube, stop the appliance. Tie a knot in the 5 cm of
overhanging sausage skin.
n
Start the appliance again and hold the skin to obtain regular sausages; adjust the speed according to
the desired thickness.
n
When all the sausage meat has been used up, turn the speed control (a1) to 0.
n
Wait for the appliance to come to a standstill and remove the remaining sausage skin off the filler tube
and tie a knot.
n
Release the accessory in the reverse order of the assembly.

Place your ingredients in the bowl (f2) or (g2), fit and lock the cover (f1) and (g1) on the bowl by turning
it clockwise. (Fig. 4a)
n
Press the button (a3) on the right side of your appliance to release the multifunction head (a4) and raise
it to a
vertical position.
n
Fit the bowl (b1) onto the appliance, the handle facing you, and turn it slightly to the left, until it locks in
place.
n
Take the cover (b2) with your left hand, slide it into the rails on the front and the rear of the head (a4) until
it locks in place.
n
Press the button (a3), located on the right of the appliance to release the multifunction head (a4), lower
it and press it
firmly
to lock it on the bowl (a click should be heard).
n
Release and remove the cover (a6) from the outlet (a5) by turning it anti-clockwise. (Fig. 4b)
n
Lock the mini-chopper (f) or grinder (g) on the outlet (a5) by turning it clockwise. (Fig. 4c)
n
If the cover (f1) or (g1) is absent or not correctly fitted on the bowl, the appliance will not
start.

TARTING
:

Turn the speed control knob (a1) to the desired setting depending on the ingredients and the desired
thinness.
n
To stop, turn the speed control knob (a1) to 0.

IPS
:
With the mini-chopper (f), speed 4 to 10, you can:
- in a few seconds, chop: cloves of garlic, mixed herbs, parsley, bread, rusk for breadcrumbs, ham, etc.
- Prepare baby purées (150 g maximum)
- Maximum quantity of dried fruit (almonds, hazelnuts, etc., 100 g).
This mini-chopper is not designed for hard products such as coffee beans or hard spices.
