Your appliance is equipped with an overload detector. It will stop if a fault occurs. Turn
the speed control knob (a1) to 0, adjust your preparation as necessary (remove some
ingredients from the bowl, or add a little liquid, or add oil for brioche etc.) and select
your speed again.

Your appliance may not restart immediately in case of heavy overload. In this case, wait
for a few minutes and then restart your appliance.
"End " :

The programmed time has elapsed.
n
You have allowed your appliance to operate too long (more than 16 min.). Turn the
speed control knob (a1) to 0, wait for a few minutes and then restart your appliance.

ITTING THE ACCESSORIES

Position your appliance with the display (a11) facing you.
n
Press the button (a3) on the right side of your appliance to release the multifunction head (a4) and raise
it to a
vertical position
. (Fig. 1a)

If necessary, release the cover (a8)
if it has remained in place
by pulling the trigger as shown in the
diagram. (Fig. 8)
n
Fill your bowl (b1) and fit it onto the appliance, the handle facing you, and turn it slightly to the left, until
it locks in place.
n
For the kneading function, the blade (c1) must be placed on the appliance before the kneading
hook (c2). It is not necessary for mixing, beating, emulsifying and whisking functions.

Fit it in the power outlet (a7) and turn it clockwise until it locks in place. (Fig 1b)
n
Insert the shaft of the kneading hook (c2) into the power outlet (a7) and push it turning it anticlockwise
until it locks in place. (Fig 1c)
n
For the other functions, just insert the mixing blade (c3) or the whisk (c4) as described above for the
kneading hook (c2).
n
Take the cover (b2) with your left hand, slide it into the rails on the front and the rear of the head (a4) until
it locks in place (Fig. 1d). Release the multifunction head (a4) once again by pressing the button (a3)
(Fig. 1e), lower it and press
firmly
to lock it on the bowl (a click should be heard). (Fig. 1f)
The appliance will not start if the cover is not properly secured to the bowl.

You appliance is equipped with an overload protection, and the speed will decrease automatically in
case of overload or overspeed.
Kneading: speed 1 to 3

Use the blade (c1) with the kneading hook (c2).
Bread dough: For optimum results, do not exceed 1 kg of strong white bread flour or 750 g of strong
wholemeal bread flour, rye flour, etc. at a time.
Leavened dough (brioche, kugelhopf, etc.) : Do not use more than 500 g of flour at a time.

Use only the kneading hook (c2).
Fresh pasta dough: Maximum of 300 g of pasta flour.
