Settings in Key Operator Mode 7

(2) JOB Auto Delete Period Setting
Specify a length of time before a password and all associated copy jobs
are automatically deleted.

Call up key operator mode.
The key operator mode menu is displayed.

Press the down arrow key on the lower edge of the touch screen.
The second page of the key operator mode menu is displayed.

In the key operator mode menu press the [18] Hard disk assignment
setting key.
A submenu appears.

Press the [2] JOB auto delete period setting key.
The screen for setting up the automatic delete function appears.

Press [Auto delete On] to enable the function.
or
Press [Auto delete Off] to disable the function.

Use the touch screen keypad to specify how many weeks (up to 52)
should pass before a password and all of its associated copy jobs are
deleted.

Confirm your settings by pressing [OK].
The submenu appears again.

Press the [Return] key.
The key operator mode menu is displayed again.
