Z-Fold
(with Hole-Punch/Z-fold unit ZK-3)
Have your copies finished with a Z-fold.
If you combine the Z-fold function with one of the finishing functions for the
main tray, the copy is created on A3/B4 copy paper and output to the main
tray.
If you combine Mixed Original and Z-folding, do not process A3 and B4
sizes at the same time. Otherwise, the Z-fold may not be carried out
cleanly.
Special paper cannot be Z-folded. Attempting to do so may lead to a
system malfunction.

Note the following important information!
• Paper sizes: A3, B4, 11"×17", 8.5"×14"
all other sizes are finished without Z-fold or with double fold
• Original weight: Plain/Recycled Paper (60 to 80 g/m²)
• Fold width: 209 mm or less with A3
181 mm or less with B4
215 mm or less with 11"×17"
261.6 mm or less with 8.5"×14"
(measured from edge of paper to first fold line)
These features cannot be combined:
• Basic functions: Loading document onto the original glass (only with Document
Memory), Stapling for B4, Output to sub tray, Folding, Stapling
& Folding, Tandem Mode,
• Applications: OHP Interleave
