Settings in Key Operator Mode
Key operator mode is used to modify basic system settings. For this
reason, only specially authorized personnel should be allowed access to
key operator mode.
Access to the individual functions in key operator mode is provided from
the key operator mode menu.
To prevent unauthorized access, you can protect key operator mode and
the settings for the E.K.C. counter and weekly timer with master codes.
These master access codes can only be set up by a service technician.
To take advantage of this feature, contact your technical representative.
We recommend using the same master code for access to key operator
mode, the plug-in counter and the weekly timer. You should handle the
master code with strict confidentiality. For emergencies, keep the master
code in a sealed envelope in a confidential place.
Help cannot be called up from key operator mode
You can no longer call up help in key operator mode by pressing the
[Help] key on the control panel. To access the help mode, you have to
leave key operator mode.
