5.10.4 Replacing the Transporter HP Sensor
This section describes the instructions on how to replace the Transporter HP sensor.

Listed below are the number of people and the rough standard of work hours required for performing the
works described in this section.
Requirements
The works in this section can be performed using only the standard tools.

Open the second front door.

Check the position of the push plate unit.
When the push plate is in vicinity to the read
home position:

If the insertion unit has not been removed:
"5.2.6 Moving the Push Plate Unit"
to
move the push plate unit to the read position (first front
back side).

Remove the transporter HP sensor.
•
1 screw (M4 x 15)

Unplug the cable from the transporter HP sensor.
•
Connector (JP46)

Connect the cable to the new transporter HP
sensor.

Install the transporter HP sensor.
•
1 screw (M4 x 15)

Insertion Unit"
to install it.
Now, you have finished with the procedures to replace the transporter HP sensor.
Caution
Be sure to turn off the power supply circuit breaker and unplug the power cable from the
equipment whenever you disassemble/assemble the equipment.

When removing the connector, hold a notch
on the connector without pulling a cable.
Giving a strong pull to the cable may cause
it to be broken.
