Adjustable seat head restraint
Adjust the head restraint height to
keep the top of it near your head top
as much as possible. This position
will reduce the possibility of neck
injury in the event of vehicle
collision.
Up Pull the head restraint up and
then it can be adjusted higher.
Down Press the head restraint while
pressing the release button.
To remove the head restraint, pull it
Rear seat
Press the release button of seat
back and then pull the seat back
plate forward, the rear seats will
separate by 4:6.
Make sure to lock the seat back
when you restore the seat back to
the original position.

up completely first and then press
the release button to lift the head
restraint from the guide sleeve.
Reinstall the head restraint and
adjust it to the original position
before driving.
