An error occurred in the communication between the operating unit and
another system component (a lock, for example). The operating unit has
received a command it was not supposed to receive.

Bus A Transmit Bus A Receive

A lock cannot be addressed via bus A. A bus cable connection might be
plugged in incorrectly or the cable might be out of order.

If you cannot solve the problem, please call for technical support.
Error DMS No.

The lock with the number displayed signals a general error.

Please contact technical support.
Error EEPROM A / DMS / TM
!
Error when writing / reading the EEPROM of the bus system (A) / of lock (DMS) /
of the operating unit (TM for terminal).
✓
Repeat the procedure which caused the error message.
✓
If you cannot solve the problem, please contact technical support.
Error motor
!
The bolt cannot be driven. Maybe the circuit board or the lock motor is out of order
or the bolt cannot reach its end position.

The clock (real time clock) of the operating unit does not work properly.

Serial numbers in the operating unit and in the lock are not identical.

This message is on display after operating unit or lock have been replaced, but
have not been changed according to the instructions. Sabotage is possible.

The code card is invalid.

Check whether you have got a valid card. Please contact your system manager /
the support if you do not have a valid card.
