kind of authorisation which has not been assigned to the user in the user
matrix of the PC software
is on display (see below, ‘Code card’,
‘Fingerprint’…).

the user matrix of the PC software can be extended.

- a user has entered wrong code three times
- a block period of 90 minutes has been activated because at least one lock
was closed during a terminal change
- a timer program which blocks the lock has been active.

Wait until the block period ends and open then.

Check the protocol / have the staff responsible for security check whether
someone has tried to manipulate the system.

The lock cannot be addressed via bus A. Maybe a cable is not connected
properly or defective.
